OrgLeader's Managing Principal

The Managing Principal of OrgLeader is Dr. Ryan K. Lahti. Ryan is a leadership, executive coaching and organizational development professional with a diverse background in business and consulting who is trained as an industrial/organizational psychologist. He has worked with organizations ranging from the entrepreneurial level to the Fortune 100 level in over 19 industries. For the last two decades, he has enhanced business performance by designing and implementing tailored leadership, team and organizational solutions.

Prior to founding OrgLeader, Ryan worked as a management consultant with Ernst & Young and
Hay Group. He also held corporate positions with Gap Inc., Westin Hotels and Resorts and Life Technologies where he oversaw leadership and organizational development.

Ryan is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management. He holds a B.A. in Psychology/Business Administration from UCLA, an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University Long Beach and a Ph.D. in Psychology/Organizational Science from the University of North Texas.
