As a consulting firm that specializes in optimizing leaders and the organizations they manage, OrgLeader, LLC subscribes to the premise that complacency begets mediocrity. To attain successful performance outcomes, whether for an individual or a company, focused action must be taken in the right area. In order to determine the right area, it is essential that the foundation for any solution be based upon a fact-based assessment of the issue at hand thereby providing potential means to resolve it.


OrgLeader's Principal

The Principal of OrgLeader is Dr. Ryan K. Lahti. In addition to being trained as an industrial/organizational psychologist, Ryan is a professional in leadership, executive coaching and organizational development with diverse background in business and consulting. For the last two decades, he has worked with organizations ranging from the entrepreneurial level to the Fortune 100 level in over 12 industries. In this work, he has enhanced business performance by designing and implementing customized leadership and organizational solutions.

Prior to founding OrgLeader, Ryan worked as a management consultant with Ernst & Young LLP and Hay Group and served in corporate positions with Gap Inc. and Westin Hotels & Resorts. Most recently, he served as the Director of Leadership & Organizational Development for Invitrogen Corporation.

Ryan is a member of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He holds a B.A. in Psychology/Business Administration from UCLA, an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University Long Beach and a Ph.D. in Psychology/Organizational Science from the University of North Texas.
